No, actually oatmeal is pretty healthy for you, just don't overdo it. You'll gain weight if you eat more calories than you can use.

oats are whole grains -there is no flour.
old fashioned oatmeal is the best one.
its good but it depends on what else you are eating because body needs nutrients - healthy fats, protein, dietary fiber, vitamins.
You dont gain weight from certain foods -you gain weight if you have consumed more calories than spent during the day.

Oatmeal is good for you but if that's all you eat you will die of malnutrition.

no if you do that regually then yes you may just remember eat the amount you use
