I assume u took those reading and are not relying on the label for one of them.

motors have starter capacitors. a change in their value with age can cause a change in power factor which will change apparent watts.

a higher load on the fan caused by dirty condenser, filter, etc.

aging compressor or partially plugged freon line.

looks like the ac is not being service at least once every year
