No. You can't be a "hard", there is no such thing. It would be "Don't be so hard on yourself", I think.

We normally say, "Don't be so hard on yourself."
Hard is an adjective, therefore 'so hard' - cannot say such (a) hard.
Although 'with' is logical, it doesn't sound right - hence 'on'.

Absolutely not. You could change the word 'hard' for a noun (It is an adjective/adverb) or you could say, 'Don't be so hard on yourself' (not 'with yourself').
