No honey doesnt spoil. It can crystallise in the jar, but if it does this you can just re-melt it in a microwave and it is perfectly fine to eat. Crystallised honey can still be used crystallised for cooking.

No honey will never go bad, it had change shape or crystallize but it is always edible and never split.

I have never seen it spoil, it WILL get grainy, and turn to solid sugar if you leave it set for a long while.

I don't think it spoils but ot does get mold on it and the flavor changes when its old.
