★It depends on you. Hanuman is one of my favorite gods but just because of him I didn't give up eating meat. I gave up on my own will. It is your wish if you wish to give up non veg.★

Food should have nothing to do with your belief.Swami Vivekanand was quite fond of fish.Kashmiri pundits on their way back from temple stop at meat shop and buy mutton to carry the same in the CHIMBOO[Lotaa]they use to water the deities.By the way,in Hindu mythology,Hanuman is not a God but a deity or a Devata.Take your own pick.

Shirdi Sain Baba says that when you hurt any living being you are hurting me. So leave non veg food because only God has the right to take away life because its only him who can restore it.
Non vegetarian food is tamas ie it leads to ignorance, anger etc which are obstruction in path of spirituality.
Do you like the idea of eating a dead animal who was killed upon your demand??
