ok...i have kiwi, apple, orange, grapefruit, lemon, carrot,pear rosemarry and banana ....i need to make a really good fruit cocktail...i need directions because i'm not good in anything has to do with food!

Peel and chop whatever you fancy fron that lot, pop into a bowl and cover with orange juice! You need to do that because the banana will turn brown! I'd leave out the lemon and carrot though.

All you have to do is peel, chop, and put it all together in a bowl (and stir if you want, or dont stir if you dont want to). Fruit salad is very easy to make...also if you dont want any fruit turning brown right away you can take a few Tablespoons of lemon juice and stir that into the mix.

its called "Pineapple Power"
Ingredients
Serves 4
4 cups Pineapple juice (canned)
1 large sized Pineapple slice (canned, coarsely chopped)
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 inch piece Ginger (finely chopped)
1 cup Crushed ice
Method
Place all ingredients in the blender jar with two cups of cold water. Cover and blend on medium speed till smooth and well blended. Serve chilled in a tall glass.

You can make a screwdriver with Orange Juice and Vodka, pretty much any mixer will go well with Vodka. A favorite of mine is Rum, Orange Juice, Pineapple and Vodka mixed together- I think its called Jungle juice! Be creative!
