Well the first thing is always shape. I think just about every guy is biased. Now, that doesn't mean that only skinny girls catch attention, only that your shape is the initial eye-catcher.
Next comes personality. Personality really has everything to do with upbringing and intelligence, so intelligence couldn't really be a seperate category, unless the guy is a snob (which I am not).
Then there are guys for whom the personality doesn't matter because they're just looking for sex anyway. There are also guys, however, that judge personality even for just-sex "relationships."
In a longish-term relationship, the body is the first thing as I stated earlier. But in time personality often takes rank over looks.
But still there are more variables. If a guy meets a girl on the net and likes her personality a lot, then her looks may be secondary. It all depends on the guy. Internet dating adds in a whole slew of variables. I can say from experience that even if the personality works for me, an ugly chick (sorry to be insensitive) no longer interests me once I've found out what she actually looks like.
One more thing...any man that tells you he doesn't care about looks, or that he always judges personality first...he's probably full of crap (no matter how much he may actually believe that he really does).

Guys will probably be attracted to what a girl looks like and what she's wearing for the first stage. If the guy is less of a jerk, he'll go to the 2nd stage and care more about her personality. If the guy is pretty cool, he'll go to stage 3 and care about what she cares about and what's important to her.
Now I also think I must mention that with many guys, if they don't see stage 1 they may not go to stage 2, and the same thing from 2 to 3.

Seriously. If all guys looked for the same exact thing we would already know what it is! All of the girls that didn't have it would be alone. Instead we have a world full of happy couples who are ALL different!
If you picked a group of guys out at random, some would care only about shape, some would care only about intelligence and some would care only about personality. Theres no answer to this question. BE YOURSELF and you will find someone who likes you for you. Its better to find someone who likes you for you than to find someone who likes you being fake and have them find out you were faking.. you would lose them anyway.

all 3 shape and looks first cuz well everyone does that ne one who says otherwise is lying once hes attracted to u he will get to no your personality and further more intelligence each one is a key part but dont over do ur look because 1 if ur happy with it then thats all that matter and 2 dont apply to much make up guys hate fake chicks

there are 2 situations. firstly when you first come across a girl you dont know 90% chances are that you are attracted to her physically, that is to say what you see. might be preety face, tempting cleavge, beautiful body anything. you can't see character or intelligence or even personality at first sight. these things you see them after you spend more time with the person.
the second situation is that you know someone for long and it is their inner qualities that draw you to them, might be their personality, their honesty and intelligence whatever it is.
However expirience has shown that the first situation is by the far the most common predicament that guys and girls find themselves in.

Speaking from the mind of a guy, dudes hate when the girl is smarter than them. The first thing we see is the physical beauty. After that we want the girl to be nice, and easy to talk to. A girl has to be able to take a joke, and not be too literal, or else it gets very tedious.

I'm not a guy but it's pretty obvious.
A mixture of everything.
Personality is the main one. You could not be with someone who is just dull / arrogant / bitchy / blah
Looks / shape. No matter what people say it IS important. Because you have to be attracted to that person.
Intelligence - if you're looking for a long term thing - noone wants to date someone totally thick.

i can only speak for myself a woman can be ugly even though she is hot. let me explain, intelligence and personality plays a big part in beauty. if you are ugly on the inside it will show on the outside. BUT there has to be some sort of physical attraction to start.
