why dont people stand up for what they believe in? you shouldnt deny Christ more than 3 times. you shouldnt deny him even once. but if you do deny, why do you deny? shouldnt you stand up for what you believe in? like me standing up for Christ when i have ppl saying that hes not true,i know he is true and real. i would rather die and go to heaven than sit here and listen to all of this stuff about Him not beinng real. the world is falling apart, everyone one needs to help put it back together

There is nothing wrong with believing in God, Jesus, Allah or anything else. What I have a problem with is organized religion itself. While there are homeless people, or needy people living on the streets, they build million dollar churches as a shrine to The Almighty (another Golden Idol?...perhaps mankind didn't learn the first time). I know in my city it seems like there's a competition too build a bigger and better church than the next religion. That peeves me plus the fact that the Vatican pulls down a couple of hundred million every year with the good Catholic routine. Can you not be a good catholic if you don't donate a hundred bucks a year to the church? I think so, but apparently some people don't. IT IS FINE TO BELIEVE IN THE LORD< BUT DON'T GET SUCKED INTO BELIEVING THAT THE MORE YOU GIVE TO THE CHURCH, THE BETTER CHANCE YOU'LL HAVE IN GETTING TO HEAVEN.

We deny him because we are scared and try to look "cool".
Others are too proud to admit that theres a force out there stronger than they are.
I denied him because I was young and foolish, did not know what I was talking about and had no faith.

However we must forgive those that deny Him, its inevitable that there will be people out there who mock the Christian faith. Its one of the things that has to pass.

The world must fall apart, its been prophecised, we will just have to grit our teeth and let it pass like all things. Nothing will be done to save the world, it will fall apart horrendously and we will just have to sit back and suffer till the end of our days on this earth.
but theres another life to look forward too.

You have a right to believe what you believe, but so do others. It's unrealistic to expect everyone to believe exactly what you do. The world is more complex than that. People aren't always going to see eye to eye, and they're going to argue their points. That's the way of things. Are you afraid to have your faith challenged from time to time? Don't you believe in living an examined life?

I never deny Christ as my savior. This has been my policy for all of my life. People will actually respect you for standing firm in your believe. Think about it. They are waiting for you to deny him and when you dont.....they, respect you.

I stand up for what I believe in all the time.

Don't generalize.

BTW? A great number of people see nothing wrong with Jesus, just his followers.

The world is no more falling apart than it has any other decade or century.

Just continue to stand and remember this when you are tempted to get upset...by those who are confrontational for the sake of being confrontational...One day every single person will come face to face with our precious Jesus Christ. One day every single person will humble themselves in His presence.
One day every single person who has blasphemed His name, rejected Him, sneered at Him, WILL admit that He is who He has ALWAYS said he was/is...And on that day ALL WILL have infinite regret.

A tantrum to justify you breaches in the Community Guidelines is just another rant.

I'm glad you had the modesty to put yourself above Peter.
