Yes, certainly with science, very much so. Not really qualified to talk about art.
Pure science, pure maths, are the same the world over. Subject to peer revue, there must be an agreement before acknowledgement is given.
Spiritualty too is subject to peer revue and at the heart of all spiritual systems there is agreement.
The difference, (I had this conversation a few days ago, with a couple of scientists), is that science has not reached an end. Science always has more to discover, it leads people ever forward.
At the level of the Buddha, the fully enlightened of whatever system, it seems that that's it! Ain't no further to go.
And which of those you prefer - well, it's up to you.

true, no doubt about it, but after treating spirituality similar to pure art and pure science, again after a certain advancement, we feel it is much more than them too.
finally we can conclude that there is nothing like spirituality, and spirituality is above all, and every thing has a subset of it.
This is also the reason why spirituality is the only real ultimate path, which at last leads a soul to the absolute truth, which ever other way it follows .
very thoughtful question indeed, great question.

Yes and no. Art and science are expressions of spirituality, as well as belief.
Spirituality to me is a gift/urge to look beyond the visible and tangible, and find your answers there.
The answers may lead to art, science, belief, sometimes to all three.

No, belief is a component of true spirituality. Art, Science and Belief would make a good intepretation of the Holy Trinity if you were a follower of the Christian way.

When I went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, the piece that affected me the most was a painting by Rembrandt. I can't remember the name of it, but it was small portrait of a man, maybe about the size of a piece of paper. And it was behind a protective sheet of plastic that caught too much glare of the lights. But there was something about it, especially the eyes, that made me feel like I was connecting to a real person by looking at it. It was amazing. For music, I'd go with Leonard Cohen. For writing, Philip K. Dick. For trolling, that would be Jack or Capt. Art Griego. You asked what "captures the essence of you beliefs" but I'm going to read that as "speaks to your soul". My beliefs aren't particularly strong or well defined; if anything they focus most on treating other people with kindness, and that works best when we can see them for who they really are, and find something in them that reminds me of who I am, and that we are both just people trying to make our way in this crazy world.

Throughout time, human beings have been aware that there is something more to their existance than what can be experienced with the senses of sight, smell, touch, taste, and sight... something more than the physical being and the physical world that is thought of as reality. This is Spirit
It is still beliefs in terms of their spritual path, you have to believe in something to follow it, I would not say it is just an awareness, a series of awareness create belief and that is when it becomes influential to life. It is a faith in it's own right, albeit one without a set of man made instructions, more empasis on supernatural power.
Jesus is supernatural too so it is not wholly different.

Spirituality has it's roots in art. Images. Creation. Science and Religion are stepchildren to Art, and will constantly bicker.
If you're looking for inspiration, look to an artist, not a technician, or a prophet. Both are slaves to their system.

Yes, but an important part of the art and science of it is idea construction and therefore involves beliefs. So there!
