Today, I went over to my oldest brother's new condo. He was putting in cabinets. I helped him hammer in nails. He warned me, "Just please don't swear when you get your finger hit!". I was funny casue I used to hit my finger with my toy hammer when I was little. Just then i forgot what I was doing and I accidentally sctractched my wrist with the other side of the hammer, the part you use to remove nails. I screamed the F word and in a flash he pulled me over his knee, he was sitting on the counter putting a light into the wall, and spanked me twenty times with a screwdriver! luckily, I was wearing jeans.

PS- This is his third condo in ten months. The first one, my friends and I were smoking inside and the ceiling was chared or shared or burnt. The second one, his neighbors threw golf balls threw the windows. My mom pays for all his condos and apartments. Kinda sad. And anyway, my mom doesn't mind that he spanks me, she actually encourages it.

He should not have hit you with a screwdriver. Depending how old you are he should not have spanked you. If you are under 12 he should have spanked you with a belt or something. If you are over 12, he should have shoved a bar of soap into your filthy mouth and told your parents.
The spanking was an example to let you know that you aren't to old to be punished for your wrong actions. He used the screwdriver without thinking and because he wanted to address the issue without hesitation. Forgive him and don't be mad. He loves you and cares about you being a decent young adult. Had he laughed it off and not said anything you would have something to worry about because he wouldn't care what you grew up to be. Apologize to him and tell him how you feel about being spanked with a screwdriver. He will explain and it probably will make sense to you. Most of all remember that he loves you.

My brother was 13 months younger than me so no I didn't spank him. Now had he been several years younger than me and I was left with him as a sitter then I can see that. I don't think that a sibling should discipline a sibling if the parents are around. That is just lazy parenting. Now I do think that they should remind them that they are not behaving properly.

That sounds insane. No offense, but your brother has some serious issues, and No it's not right not even to touch you. You should talk to your mother about this, it sounds that because he has a new condo the whole "my rules" went over his head. Don't keep quiet, and whenever he approaches you again donnot act like nothing happend. Act awkward around him so he knows something is wrong, it sounds like sexual harassment if it has nothing to do with him being at his condo.
Because he's in a private place with you, doesn't mean he should even get close to you, it sounds like some sexual abuse, please speak to your parents a.s.a.p

Yeah ok your big brother spanked you well its not illegal for him to spank you on the but a few times but with a screw driver uhhh....whatever. Anway just be thankful he didnt pull down your pants and use his belt lol!!Anyway i guess when you are bad your parents dont do a thing they let your big bro spank you when your bad!!!JK!!! Strange, I always thought parenting was the job of parents, not siblings.
It was highly inappropriate for him to touch you at all like that, with or without anything but his hand. In lots of places, that kind of conduct is assault.
