That's WAY too fast to lose weight . . . you'd need to diet until about November to lose that much weight in a healthy way. To maintain a weight of 170 lbs, you need to eat about 2000 calories per day plus whatever you burn through exercise (which isn't very much unless you're in the military or training for the Olympics or something . . . you can safely guess 500 calories per hour of moderately vigorous exercise). Subtract from that about 500 calories and keep eating that way until you lose 30 lbs, then stop. If you don't notice a change at all, you need to make sure you are eating right, reduce the amount you are eating if necessary (not by very much however . . . just a couple hundred calories), and possibly exercise more. The fastest way is to chop off a limb.

If you're squeamish about trying that, I suggest you do an hour of aerobic exercise at least three times a week, and don't eat more than 2,000 calories per day. Healthy food is preferable. You can expect to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

It is a bit too less a time but you can do it. cut out sugar, reduce quantity of food gradually but increase variety of type of food. dont eat between meals and when watching tv. Will power to control your emotions when you see good food is required and if you cant then avoid places where good food is kept. The best way i have found to lose wieght fast is to really watch your carb intake. I lost 50 lbs. in 6 months by not eating alot of carbs. If you most have breads eat them in the morning and use wheat bread.

u should excersize,
go outdoors and do something,
jog in the mornings,
eat only healthy foods like fruits and ect.
get ur doctor to make a diet plan for u.
