According to scriptures, The eternal time, is the prime energy of Lord, and IN material universe,
The lords , entered as Garbodhakashayi Vishnu, sleeping in the dark cosmic ocean, Starts the derivative of the same time energy in its limited form by glancing at the dormant lifeless matter, causing activity in it.
once the activity is started by this supreme time, it strictly follows the will of the lord. This is the reason time is often said to be non - differential from he lord's will.
and this activity is responsible to all the things you see in this universe, bright galaxies and stars , dark black holes etc etc.
numerous, enormous, mystifying, limitless, charring innocence , astonishing uniformity , super intelligible architecture , mind blowing objects , .. . . .. . goes on and on .. . Oh Hari, I have no words to describe you.
This activity is also responsible to introduce acceleration to matter, may be one of the fastest and smallest like light or one of the biggest and largest like the universe itself , or there are even a multi verse of same pattern moving as groups etc ...
