Want to . . . what?
You can 'date' and 'go out' but you'd better not even be thinking of anything horizontal, or even vertical that involves penetration!
What happened to studying schoolwork and exploring sports and traditional extracurricular activities? Heck, even volunteer work? Why jump into relationship territory early, as if there's nothing else in the world to use your time?
You're only going to be a teen for a short time. Try to broaden your life and build in a wide variety of experiences and ways to enjoy yourself. There'll be plenty of time to stare into each other's eyes, potentially get STD's, pregnant, heartbroken, etc.--later.

It is allowed if your talking about dating. If both parents don't have a problem with it then there is nothing wrong with it, but, in the state of Texas there is a law that protects minors from sexual abuse, it is called statutory rape. This means if any person of the law finds out that you two had sex, they will charge whoever is 18 with statutory rape whether you want them to or not. If your parents find out about you two having sex and they don't like it they can also tell the police and they will cgarge the person who is 18 with statutory rape. Legally you can date but not have sex

I think your best bet is to talk to your parents about their feelings on this. I manner!!! When it really comes down to it, they are the ones that can make or break a relationship!! Also, if this young man is worthy of your time and effort and is interested in you (for who you are)he should be more than happy to see you under the "rules" or guidelines set out by your parents. If having "conditions" set by your parents upset him, this will let you know right away that his intentions are not worth your consideration of effort!! I wish you the best of luck in your choices....honesty with the folks is your best bet....they are the ones that could have the final signature in charges being pressed by law.

It is illegal if you sleep with him. He could be arrested charged with rape, which means long term jail. Wether or not you consent.
It is not illegal if you date him, just dont sleep with him. Make sure your parents are fully aware of every thing and that they are familiar with him and his family. If they are kept in the loop and you are honest with them, there is reason for them to start to guess and make assumptions. The things parents can imagine you doing is a powerful thing, and if they think you are being dishonest, it can lead to trouble.

depends on your state's laws of age of consent, also your parents as some would want to call the cops and make things difficult.
