(Girls) how can I break the ice or know if she is interested at all ?

I'm 45 she is 28. We are flatmates and she choose me to be her flatmate. I'm interested in her but I'm afraid to let her know if you know what I mean. Should I wait for her first move ? What would that be ?

If you like her, you should not be afraid to talk to her about it, ask her out and hear what she's says, you might be surprised. I'm 26 and my guy is 41, age is not important.
