What do you think of the cat name Dexter?

Why are you asking us? Ask the cat. Watch his ears when you say the name. If he puts them back and walks away, choose a different name. Try Pywacket, or Nimblepaws.
I have Blackie Nightshade, Tuffy, Ozzmatozz, Margarita and Patch. They chose their names themselves. Tuffy is also known as Little Kitty, much the same as the biggest guy on the football team is known as Tiny. He's HUGE.
Seriously, though, ask your cat what he wants to be called. Some of them prefer names they can say, like Milo, or Squeek, or Reno. Would YOU want to be called by a name you couldn't pronounce?

that's a cute name and perfect for a cat. i hate it when people name their cats with popular human names like "taylor" or "connor". Dexter is unique and makes the cat seem really smart!

That's COOL!!! I didn't think of that one. My sister's cat just had kittens and we've been thinking of names. The same cat had Kittens in March close to St. Patrick's day and my dad named one of the cats Barney!!! lol
