I think I would be a Snickers bar. Lots of flavor and texture. :) One bite is not enough. Mmmmm...

Years ago there was a candy bar called Marathon Bar. It was carmel covered in milk chocolate. It took forever to eat (hense the name). Anyway that would be my choice!
