Well can I? Because of heart problems I was born with I'll never be very strong.....or big. I'm a skinny guy. Can I get a girlfriend I am attracted to? Or are girls only interested in a guys strength, look and muscles?

muscle and strength is not the only thing that girls stick to... sometimes they don't even bother whether the guy is professor or a D grade simple guy... In love girls mostly love those boys who care about her and he's romantic... being confident is a good sign. girls love this type of boys.

Well that really depends on the woman that you are going after.
A lot of women have different taste in men, some like em small, some like em big, some like them in between. So again it really is up to what that woman you like is really into.
If she is not into you, then don't stress it, your woman will come in due time.

No only shallow minded girls look at the outward appearance, someone whose truly into you looks at the heart. Yes you can get a girl with confidence, use charm to compensate for your shortfalls.

Not at all! Girls like guys who are themselves; whether that means funny, smart, cute, whatever. The best way to get a girl is to be yourself around her. If she likes who you are, she'll take the bait. Don't try to be overly or falsely confident; girls are really smart and can see right through that stuff.
If she doesn't like you for who you are, then she's not the one for you.

When you say "confident" I believe your saying your confident in yourself as who you are but I hope you mean it in a modest way. Now if your cocky, arrogant or haughty (attitude that your better) the ladies most likely will turn from you.
Just be yourself. You want her to love you for who you are.
By the way, I hate those kind of stomach abs that are sometimes referred to as a "six pack", I call them "roach belly's". Yuck.

Of course you can!!! Im not very big either, and my boyfriend loves me to pieces! Alot of guys don't admit their attractive even when they are. The relationships that truly matter are when they love you for who you are...
