Forget the books... there are millions of these books around, and most are gimmicks to suck in the populous... Watch your diet, and excercise DAILY, a long walk is good...

If you want a book get one from ADA (american dietetic association) about nutrition - when you are done with it you will know more about nutrition and will be able to make good choices yourself and understand why you have to do that.
