I do cardio... I strength train... what will specifically trim down the size of my legs? Any ideas? My goal is 50lbs over the next 8-81/2 months

you cant spot reduce!!!
keep doing cardio since its the only fat burning exercise 4-6 times a week for average of 45min
any specific exercises that target your legs will only make them look bigger because they dont burn fat - all they do is build muscle
do light weight training 2-3 times a week
eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods - 5-6 small meals a day

lay on your side.
and 'scissor' your leg closest to the ceiling.
alternate.
or try squatting.
