Bacon Sandwich?

How do you like yours?
What bacon do you like? Smoked or Unsmoked? Dry-Cure, Maple-Cure or just regular?
Does it have to be grilled or fried?
Back, middle or streaky?
Brown or white bread?
What sauce do you have on it?
What do you have to drink with it?

I like mine in white bread, smoked back bacon with barbecue sauce. I like it crispy but not burnt to a frazzle. All washed down with a cup of good coffee. YUMMY!!!

I like smoked back bacon, well cooked but not burnt, grilled tomato's no sauce, on thickly cut brown wholemeal bread with a cup of Earl grey tea no milk or sugar, oooh i am off to make myself one

for best results the bacon should be cooked on a non fat ocntact griddle or hot plate, two of my favourites include: toast 3 pieces of toast cook 3 pieces of of rindless back bacon and your fav mush rooms, put 2 bacon on the bottom slice, brown sauce, then toast then the mushrooms the other bacon more sauce then the toast, mmm or bacon hot chicken with melted cheese on a baguette. all served at Derby lane Sandwich bar in Liverpool

Sourdough Bread (toasted)
Thick Bacon (unsmoked) not to crispy
Cheddar Cheese (or Havarti if I want to feel real high class)
and Mayonnaise.

Elvis used to eat bacon, peanut butter and banana sandwiches. An old hippie from the sixties who lived in a commune with Marianne Faithfull and hung out with him at his house told me about it. They are the best thing, apparently. Never had one. I would like banana and bacon with butter better. Toast the bread first before frying. That was a tip on an old rerun of Oprah by his personal cook.

I like a baggete the one that have sesame. With beans, bacon jam, chili, abocado, onion, tomatoe, withe chese.
With a coca cola with a lot of ice!!!
