I love burritos with rice as rice absorbs some of the flavour. I like rice if its with a bit of lime. Some people feel its filler, but I think that it depends if burrito is filled with good amount of meat. Others just like the taste of meat and/or bean, salsa, rice.

I like cheese melted, but sometime this is not possible because the burrito is not oven baked or the meat is not hot enough if its a hand held burrito.

Do you think guacamole should be free? I think its an essential part of burrito. I hate getting charged for it. Some places don't even offer guacamole.

You know your burritos sir. I must agree, I need cheese and rice and beans and meat. All of those go together perfectly and make a complete burrito. One of my favorite things to eat when I'm drunk is a big burrito because I can get all of that at once. I like the cheese melted as well. If I go to a Mexican restaurant it's really nice to have it melted on top instead of the red sauce. I have never had to pay for guacamole and it always comes with my meal.

I like a burrito with some black beans smeared on the bottom, and some spiced chipotle beef with a little arroz y some black olives and sour cream. Especially if it is from Armandos at 51st Avenue and Thomas in Phoenix, Arizona . thank you.

I never buy burritos, I make my own. I usually just fill them with refried beans, cheese, jalapenos, and hot sauce. I like it real spicy. I put shredded cheese on and let it melt.
I hate guacamole, I just think avocados taste gross. But it shouldn't be extra charge, that's like a basic topping. Like pickles on a burger.

I don't think they should charge extra for any of that. Does a hamburger place charge for Ketchup? I love Guac and sour cream in it and the cheese should be shredded so it can melt easier.

Im very picky with my burritos:
Good seasoned steak meat (no fat)
Moderate rice
refried creamy beans
hot HOT sauce (not that "salsa" BS)
melted cheese
cilanto/// NO! lettuce (it wilts and tastes like sh..)
and of course guac and sour cream.
All that with a tray of chiips, lol
