stay where your at, and feel good about yourself no matter what you look like, if you go thru life trying to make yourself something other that what you truly are just to make people look at you differently, you are never going to be happy, just live with what you have, SERiOUSLY

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

I would say that you are still young so you don't want to go too small. 115 is probably a good number for your height. An average person could lose 2 lbs. a week and still be considered healthy.

That's not average, for your height you're thin and should revel in it and feel good about yourself. I'm 2 inches shorter and 5 pounds more though and I know that desire to lose weight, even though I know that I don't need to. Just eat healthy food and exercise regularly- your body should take care of the rest and keep you at a healthy level.

if you want to feel better about yourself that is an emotional thing you need to fix, not a physical thing....losing weight will temperarily make you happy but will wear off after the attention wanes....

start a realistic exercise program and eat a nutritional balances food plan.....

as for how much you can lose in the next 30 days or so will depend entirely on you.... dropping about 5-10 lbs in that time is reasonable... after that monitor a maintence program to maintian that weight....good luck

That's way too much weigh loss for someone your age. What you want to do is to maintain your weight since it is already within normal limits for your age. So don't eat junk food, go very easy on sweet treats (sugary sweet stuff), and exercise regularly. This will keep your body in better shape than any drastic weight loss will. A 5'4", 120lb well toned body is much more healthy.

i think that if you lose 10 lbs, in a healthy way then you will be just fine, dont try to lose it too fast by aug 29 cuz then you will gain it back fast plus more, what rEALLY WORKED FOR ME WAS NO DINNER AFTER 430 pm only veggies and water, and exercise in the morning, but yes its really hard not to eat dinner.

What you ought to do is get your BMI checked. That will tell you where you sit, health-wise speaking.

First it's 10 lbs to feel better about yourself, then 15, then 30. It makes me sad when little girls are worried that they're too overweight to be happy, when there's so many other young teens who are 50+lbs overweight.

I wouldn't lose any, because I am six inches taller then you, and weigh 7 lbs more, and I just look silly. You are probably spot on.

your weight is excellent. If you want to feel better about yourself, just eat healthy, drink adequate amounts of water and excersize. your only 15 and have a few years of growing left to ya. good luck and enjoy life, don't worry about stuff that you don't have to worry about.
