One of our cats had to have multiple teeth pulled 3 or 4 years ago. She was probably 6 or 7 at the time. We had adopted her a couple years before and clearly had been abused and not taken care of as she deserved. Thank God we loved her back to a really good life! She was always drooling and had really bad breath, poor little girl! Turned out she had major decay and some of her teeth were infected. She must have been in lots of pain, which would explain the drooling. But, she's such a trooper!!!!! She pulled through the surgery and made it through the recovery period. A tough little, stunning creature!

Anyway, I REALLY, TRULY hope your cat is NOT sick and the symptoms you describe will be easily explained by your vet! Much luck to you and prayers for your cat!!!!!!!!! ; )

Yes, you should take your cat to a vet. Hopefully she simply needs to have a tooth removed (and maybe a cleaning for the rest of her teeth). But it could be something more serious, including poison. You should get her to a vet right away.

Yes, she's sick. It could be something very serious.

Take her to the vet Monday, or sooner if there is an emergency vet in your area.
