I have a guy friend and all the signs point to "more than friends" behavior...but we're not dating.
What is going on if the clues scream, but his mouth is mute?

He is shy and is afraid you only see him as a friend. He may like you but is afraid that you do not like him or see him as boyfriend material. You need to make him feel comfortable around you and show him you like him. You can even ask, hey what do you think it would be like if we dated? See how he responds to that. You should let him know what you think about him and how you feel.

Guys and girls don't send the same signals. He may not like you and is note sending signals, but your reading him wrong. If he did like you, he would man up to it...

He could think of you as just a fiend. If he does happen to like you he will wait for a big sign from you that you like him.

Why don't you make the first move? Some guys are shy, just like some girls are.
