What is the smallest scanner for documents and pictures 8.5 x 11 inches?

I am looking for a small scanner, not necessarily an all in one printer, but a small scanner that don't take much space on my desk and is compatible with any pc. Can anyone help? thanks

I hope somone can help you with this. I recall a single sheet scanner that was, basically, built into a keyboard. I don't remember the brand name.
