Hes just not that into you. If he wanted to ask you out, he would have.

Well I must say you sound very pretty. If you think he is your type then go on. Just remember that he kinda likes this other girl, chances are if he is not around her much and does not talk to her he will fall for you. I mean you sound pretty and you sound like you would be fun to hang around with so he may fall for you. It cant hurt to ask. Just don't get to attached until you know he has fallen for you. That would take about 2 to 3 weeks I am guessing. Good Luck! And don't be afraid to go after someone you like as long as they are single, nice, good person and will treat you great.

why sit there wondering if you should have. The worst that can happen is that he isnt interested right? So what do you have to lose. You either dont ask him out and he doesnt go out with you or you ask him and maybe it works out.

You could approach it by saying hey when are you going to ask me out. I have had girls do that before. And both times that has happened, me being dense sometimes, just never realized they liked me and just had never really thought about it. So maybe he he likes you but it just hadnt occurred to him to ask you. may as well go for it.

OK, I suggest you take a deep breath: In through the nose, and out through the mouth slowly. Then you ask the guy out. I hope my answer helps you. Good Luck.

well i don't think you should ask him out i think you should flirt back and this might take a while but make him want you by flirting a lot and if everything goes as planned then he will ask you out. sounds like you guys are perfect for each other.

I think you should just try to get him to like you before you try to ask him out. Guys always like when girls flirt and have a good time with them. I like to always be sure the person i like will say yes before i ask someone out.

If he likes another girl, then chances are he might not like other people, especially if he is shy. You might want to try, but no guarantees he is gonna say yes. Sorry about nobody giving you much advice...

Don't ask him out if you know he has someone else! Youru jst setting yourself up for rejection. And you'd be ruining his relationship with the other girl!

Don't just out at him right away.. get on his radar.. flirt a little and if he reciprocates.... suggest doing something together.. o.. and don't trust him at first.. make him earn your trust or else he will have you and that other girl on the side...
