Nope. Chris Hanson is HOTT with two Ts. Also, Jack Bauer is a fictional character, so he's not free to leave 24. He's stuck inside the script and, unlike his portrayer, Kiefer Sutherland (also hott with two Ts), is not allowed to leave.
