the average female cat goes back into heat when her kittens are about 1 month old, so yes, she could very easily be pregnant again if she's been around any males.
it's pretty hard on their bodies to go thru so many heat cycles/pregnancies so you should probably check into getting her spayed. call your local animal shelter or vet/vet tech schools - they may know of a free/low-cost spay clinic to fix her if cost is an issue (with the cost of everything going up these days, every bit helps!)

Yes. Please take your cat in and have her spayed. It's not good for her to keep having litters, and while kittens are adorable, there are way more many of them than there are people willing to give them homes. Also, consider keeping your cat indoors only, all the time. Cats live much longer if they are indoors.

It is amazing how quickly cats can get pregnant again. Please have your cat spayed as soon as it is healthy for her. There are cheap clinics that will do it for you, and you will keep dozens of animals from being born into a world that will not take care of them.
