Its ok she is talking, its what we humans do time to time...Plus they are so young...As long as dude doesn't try anything adult with her, they are fine...

Well if talking is all she is doing and she is not the kind of girl to fall for peer presure than she shopuld be alright. If not I would as a friend watch out or her cause boys that are 3 years older then girls in some states can go to jail for any type of pyhsical contact. I know Florida has many sexual preditors cause teenage boys had relations with girls 3 years younger than themselves. So just keep an eye out if things get too feely touchy. But you are a good friend to want to help her. Good Luck!!!

Talking and friendship should be it. Even though it's only a few years, those growing years are different than if you were older. You can notice how different a 13 year old is than a 16 year old. They have different tastes, friends, grades, rights; it's a big age difference.

i really hate when that happens. i think its not ok at all. there is some difference between a 13 year old girl and a boy who is old enough to drive. whats his problem anyway! i cant believe he doesnt want a girl his own age who is allowed to go out. there is definately a maturity line between 13 and 16 and the relationship is wrong that your friend is in. sorry. i really think it needs to be stopped.

theres nothin wrong with that. they are just friends at the moment right? if you feel uncomfertable about it don't go to her and start yelling at her because that will just make her angry and she won't even listen to what you are saying. maybe randomly just be like "do you want to go out with (whoever the 16 year old is and maybe some of your other friends) for a movie or dinner or whatever) this way you can get to know the guy. if he seems like a creep then you have to warn her. don't diss him, just speak your mind in a nice way telling her that he doesn't deserve a girl like her

Talking to guys that are 16 is not a crime...having sex with them is. Jail time for the guy if he has sex with her, and of course...she'll pretend she didn't lead him on.
Wise guys will walk away. Stupid guys get what is coming to them...and 13 year old girls seem to know more than what they should know at this age thanks to our school systems that seem to think that they need to start sex ed at such young ages today.
Nonetheless, the general population still pays the taxes that will keep you in jail for intimately touching a 13 year old girl.

In many situations like these it turns out that the older guy is just after . She's young and she will be more likely to give in to his pressuring. i say keep an eye on them both.

it's not bad as long as she knows what she's doing. Guys that are older could take advantage of younger girls.
