How can I convince my parents to let me go to a party. I need some ideas. Its just a birthday party with no alcahol or anything, but the problem is that they want to go camping... =( Any ideas on how to convinse them to put it off? They want to do it soon cuz its my moms last weekend before she starts teaching again...

Convincing is an art and science. Find out the science that your parents like to bend for. May be your should explain that you love them so much and yet you have this one request or something to convince them to allow you for this party. They are saying no as they might have valid and justifiable reasons to say no. You also should show them the right and justifiable causes to convince them.

If you go to any party without convincing your parents, if they send U spontaneously, it is always good for you, for your parents and for your friends. I suggest you to go the party when you go only with the parents permission. Yours VRVRAO

if they are saying no means no.they must have find your friend not good or not capable of your companyor may place your craving to go for camping is not good.you know what parents get sixth sense when it comes decide for their children.just stop thinking of it.

I would anytime prefer going camping than going to a stupid party where everyone will be gossipping or trying to outsmart the other. Go and please your mother this time you will get more stupid parties in future.

give your friends better ideas as to how to enjoy without camping out.tell them about your mums weekend and see if they understand. they should if they are your true blue friends
