No. the case is still, technically, "pending".. and open probation case, although unsupervised by the probation department. You can't join while you're on probation.
I have two pieces of advice. First, do everything you're supposed to do for your probation... finish the classes if they were ordered, community service, pay off all the fines and fees. Once you've done everything the court asked you to do, they have no interest in keeping you on probation.. especially if you have a good reason for probation being dismissed/terminated.
Then, talk to a recruiter... get your plan for boot camp and your military career worked out, so it's well thought through and something you're truly interested in. Set a court date for Court, arrive on time, appropriately dressed, and bring your recruiter. Be prepared to answer some questions the judge might ask about your plan... and be forthright with the judge.
If you've taken care of your business with the Courts, and you have a viable plan for your future, the Court will likely end your term of probation.
The other issue is the felony/misdemeanor question... Since you're on Court Probation, I'll assume you picked up a misdemeanor. You'll also need to check with a recruiter about whether or not you'll need a waiver for that offense.
It's totally doable, IF you really want to join the military.
