Honestly, I am strongly allergic to cats and dogs and alot of other things. I have 2 cats and a dog. If you can continue to bathe them with water I would continue, because that would be the best way to clean their dander. If their claws are a problem try maybe buying baby socks or even cat socks if you can. If your allergies are really bad if you haven't already, you should talk to your doctor about allergy medication!

When my friend's cat needs to be cleaned, they either use cat wipes or if that isn't available at the moment, they wet and dampen a soft cloth (towel) or a tissue. Then they just wipe the cat. This serves as a way to reduce loose cat hairs and clean the cat without directly putting the cat in water. Good luck.

y'know, i've managed to bath even the craziest cat, if i'm gentle and don't put them directly into the water,
plenty of soft talk and a moist cloth go a long way, and gently scooping water onto kitty (warm water, not hot or cold) will wet it enough to use some good cat shampoo and rinse it out.
wet cloth soap and wet cloth again till soap is out of fur.
it doesn't have to be a fight.

Just dampen a towel and wipe her down with that. It will get off most of the dirt and dander, and a lot of the loose fur. Cats usually do a pretty good job of keeping themselves clean. Do these cats go outside and roll around in the dirt? If you keep them inside, they won't get as dirty.

There are waterless pet wipes (like diaper wipes for babies) that are slightly moist and often have pleasant odors. They don't freak the cat out because it's like you're giving her a nice massage. My cats (and a hamster and bird!) are often cleaned this way and it works!

You can buy a product in Wal-Mart - cat wipes that are sold in a box (don't know the name).
