I think you mean RUNES. Runes are a set of small disks or stones with a letter of the Runic Alphabet inscribed on them. They are a tool of divination similar to Tarot Cards. Each letter has a significant meaning and is used to "read" one's fortune. You MAY have heard of Witches "casting the bones"? It's similar to that, or reading tea leaves in a cup, or the lines on ones hands. (((Rae)))

It's a microsoft program that allows the user to alter permissions on the programs she's running without logging in as a different user.
