Getting him fixed will not solve the problem. However the strong smell may be a sign of trouble. Try a different dog food it could help. I would also take him to a vet and make sure he doesnt have an infection or kidney problems

strong urine may be an indicator of something serious...take him to a vet and have him checked out.....getting him neuterized would be a nice thing to do while you are there...

Neutering has nothing to do with pee. They are two totally different biological processes.

should have him neutered but water intake plays the role in how diluted urine gets and if the dog isn't drinking water, probably because it isn't available all the time he would have strong urine
