My personal fav is oolong of those 3. It's also the kind most chinese restaurants use. But my fav tea is Constant Comment by Bigelow. A little sugar & lemon it's perfect.
There's also one that's called Blossom Tea or something like that, that's really neat for special events. It actually has dried flowers that float to the top, that are even edeible. It just looks so pretty & tastes pretty good too.

I love all, but of the 3 would choose Jasmine. Overall, I would choose Earl Grey (or Lady Grey) with a touch of honey and lemon - mmmmm!
