my boyfriend and iwere best friends for 6 years before we started going out. im 15 hes 17 he asked me once if i would have sex and i said that"i am waiting till im in love" and he said"i love u, but its ok its not all about sex with me" he is very experienced hes been w/12 girls got tested(negative)since i said no he stopped mentioning sex. i overheard his friends asking him if he hit it yet and he goes"no its not like that" what does tht mean? he doesnt sleep over anymore, when we make out he runs out after a few mins. thins morning i woke up and he was stroking my hair and watching me sleep. whats going on wiht him? and yesterday at the beach he told me to "towel up" and barely looked at me. why is he suddenly turned off? hes being really sweet and asking if im cold or if i want anything and last night he gave me a promise ring. i am not complaining i just want to know whats going on. when i ask him he says something like"its ok your not like the other girls" but idky hes being weird

He is doing exactly what you want. You dont want to be physical, so he is trying to keep things from escalating to that point. If he sleeps over or makes out with you too long or checks you out while you "towel up" he will be tempted to do other things. If it bothers you to the point where you think he is cheating on you, tell him that you want him to still be physically affectionate with you and that if things get to be too much, you will tell him.

He's trying to get in your pants without disrespecting you. It's a possibility that he could be cheating. If so, dump him. Hell, he's probably too busy hiding his hard on from you. I think he still likes you, but is waiting for your call. Just remember sex doesn't always equal love. If that were true then hookers must be the most in love people on the planet.
Something else... Listen to yourself, don't do anything from outside pressure. Do it because that is your wish.

It sounds kind of like he's trying to avoid temptation and he really cares about you.
Either that or he's only interested in one thing and he's going to someone else for it.
You need to be open with him and find out which it is instead of always wondering about it behind his back. Otherwise you're going to have some major trust issues.

yea it could be those... maybe hes just TRYING not to see you everytime as a sexual beast because then it WOULD be about the sex. im not him so i dunno for sure...
