You can make the razor burn go away by taking a couple of showers before the next day. The water will moisten the skin and heal the irritated skin. Your lotion burns because it probably has alcohol in it, baby oil could be used as a substitute.

first...don't use lotions that have fragrances in them...they will burn.. Get yourself...cocobutter, sheabutter,,or patrolem cream jelly. If you already have razor burn...dilute 3 tablespoon vinegar in 1/4 warm water. Put a warm wet cloth, over the area.... Using a cotton ball, wipe the razor burn area once or twice. Then apply the loyions...i mentioned to the burn. If you don't have none of the things i mentioned...you can use olive oil...or hiney

You need to use shaving gel/cream when you shave and dont put alot of presure on the razor just barely any. Use lotion that doesnt have alot of parfume in it so it doesnt sting, OR for no sting at all use vasoline, works for me. Hope my advice helps. Byee. =]]

Maybe you could try 1% cortisone cream or aloe vera to help ease the pain.

If you choose the cortisone cream, only use it at the most for two days.

it will go away when your skin dries all the way and your pores close up...don't worry..you'll be fine..if it burns too bad for you, then I would suggest baby oil gel, vasoline, or shea butter..something with some thickness to it

Good luck ;)
