im 14, 140 pounds and i can max lift about 100. what kind ofdiet and lifts and stuff like that should i do?

100 for bench press. id like to get up to atleast 130 and whats a high protein diet????

I think that's about average for your age, maybe a little better than average considering how out of shape most people are. Don't listen to anyone tell you to take steroids . . . it's not worth the trouble.

It's hard for me to say what you should do without knowing what equipment you have. So what do you have?

Also, in what kind of lift did you pick up 100 lbs? That would help too.

Go with a high protein diet and work out at least 5 times a day for an hour and a half. Or try joining the school football team. That's the reason I'm 5'9" 195, but I couldn't tell you my max lift but I've done 275 for 5 reps so I'm pretty happy with that. And I started just where you're at. G'luck and just keep hitting the weights!

high protein diet will help, but you need just as much carbs so you dont break down muscle either. The quickest way to get stronger is to get a spotter. Have a freind workout with you every day. Push yourself with heavier weight and if you cant get then your spotter can help you.
