how do yu do selective coloring in photoshop 7?

like make a image b&w and then make your eyes like blue or something.

Create a duplicate layer (layer -> duplicate layer, click okay)

Copied layer is now active.

Go to Image ->Adjustments ->Hue/Saturation

Move slider all the way to the left and click okay.

Image is black and white.

Eraser tool and erase the eyes on the copy layer to reveal the color beneath.

Click on original Background layer.

Adjust Saturation to make the eyes more colorful.

There are tons of other ways to do this that are better but take more time than we can put in here. Look for tutorials on the web.
