It is called the third eyelid, and is actually a gland. Normal.

Your dog may just have 2 eyelids on one eye. Its nothing to worry about unless it causes difficulty in walking or irritation. Did you know that camels have 3 eyelids (1 on one eye, 2 on the other)?

They do have a third eyelid. It's a white membrane looking thing that covers their eye. It's something dogs have naturally.

i think that's normal. normal that they have one. if you're worried try looking it up in a dog book thing. i have a book called like the home pet vet guide to dogs. but it should be fine.
