I have Carpal Tunnel and the only time it bothers me is when I am sleeping. I swear I am up 4 or 5 times a night. So I am just wondering if it is worth the money to buy the brace. Or if it does not matter.

Most diagnosis of carpal tunnal are actually caused by muscles being too tight in the upper back, neck, shoulders and arms causing knots that press on nerves - for more info read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies it teaches what to do and is in segments so you will be able to look it up by body area.

You don't have to buy the expensive braces sold at medical supply places. You could go to ***** sporting goods or even CVS and find a brace that'll do the trick well enough to relieve you a bit - for $20 or less. I slept with one for a while and it helped.

I had Carpal Tunnel. I suggest sticking your hand in a tub of ice water.
If cold water doesn't work try hot.

Have you tried the Bioptron?
I disagree with the brace...nothing should be tight on you while you sleep; it cuts off circulation from your limbs....
