It's easy and my Nana taught me how to do this when I was a little girl. It's fun to cook and eat-if you like to play with your food!

One Eyed Jacks

1 piece of bread
butter or margarine
egg
salt and pepper to taste

Heat up the pan. Spread butter/margarine on one side. Make a hole in the center of the bread with your fingers...then eat it! Pan fry butter side down. Flip. Crack egg into the hole and fry. Flip again. You'll see why they call em one eyed jacks! I always got a kick out of make their eyes run snotty yellow goo!

Your basically telling me that you want an easier recipe... right?Lasagna is super fun to make and easy becaus eits basically piling ingredients ontop of eachother and boiling noodles in water. And you can take away anything u don't want for example if u dont like mushrooms simply dont put them in this recipe and you could even replace them if u wanted too.

8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces mushrooms, optional
1 jar (about 16 ounces) spaghetti sauce, your favorite
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown beef, onion, and mushrooms; drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, and basil. In a 2-quart buttered baking dish (about 11x7x2-inches), layer 1/3 of the lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the sauce and 1/3 of the ricotta cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers twice. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Let stand for 8 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving. Serves 6 to 8.

PIZZA-DILLAS

4 beef or pork hot dogs
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil plus extra for drizzling
Four 10- to 12-inch flour tortillas
1/4 cup mild chunky salsa (4 big spoonfuls)
8 squirts of ketchup (about 1/4 cup)
1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

1. Using a small knife, cut the hot dogs in half lengthwise, then into 1/2-inch pieces. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the dogs and cook until browned all over, 2 to 4 minutes. Drain the crispy dog slices on paper towel–lined plates and pour off the excess fat. The sliced hot dogs are your "pepperoni."
2. Add a drizzle more of olive oil to the pan, then add 1 tortilla. Cook for 1 minute, then flip it over with tongs and turn the heat to low. Place a big spoonful of the salsa on half of the tortilla, then spread it around with the back of the spoon. Add 2 squirts of ketchup and mix it into the salsa. This is your "pizza sauce." Top the sauce with one-fourth of the cheese—a big handful of each kind. Top the cheese with one-fourth of the crispy hot dog pieces. Let a GH help you fold over the tortilla to form a half-moon shape. Press down on the folded tortilla with a spatula to flatten the pizza-dilla and make it stick together.
3. Cook the pizza-dilla, flipping it carefully once more with a spatula, for 1 minute per side. Slide the pizza-dilla onto a plate and let it cool for 2 minutes, then cut into 4 wedges, like a pizza, and serve. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Eat plain or top with more ketchup, salsa or even mustard and relish—whatever you like on hot dogs works here!

PIZZA DOGS

8-1/2 oz. tube of refrigerator crescent-style rolls (8 rolls per tube)
1/4 cup pizza sauce
8 wieners
1/2 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese

Unroll and separate crescent-style rolls into 8 triangles.
Spread 1-1/2 tsp. pizza sauce on 1 triangle, almost to edges. Place 1 wiener on top of sauce at wide end of triangle. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. cheese over top. Roll up toward point of triangle. Press seam against roll to seal. Repeat with remaining ingredients, for a total of 8 rolls. Arrange rolls evenly spaced apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake in 375 F oven for about 12 minutes until golden. Makes 8 pizza dogs.

FLOWER POT DESSERT

Combine the following ingredients in a bowl:
l large instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
12 oz. cool whip (fold into top mixture)

1 1/4 pound Oreo cookies, crushed in blender or food processor

Layer in flower pot. (might have to put a layer of tin foil at the bottom of the flower pot first if there is a drainage hole) Start and end the layers with the Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate. Will fill an 8 1/2 inch by 5 inch flower pot. Place a few artificial flowers in the center of the pot.
