How about a card that says how you feel. Most of us don't like getting flowers, so don't even consider it.
3 months isn't really a long time to buy a rolex or something.
How about a nice colonge? Not a cheap wal-mart brand but maybe a middle of the road one. One that you like to smell on him.

What does he like? If he likes music, you could get him a CD with songs you both like on it. Or a framed photo of the two of you, that would also be nice.
