In my car I have only a audio CD player. NO MP3 and NO Cassette player. Is there any option available to play mp3 music in my car ? Appreciate your help.

It's probably best to just replace your stereo with an aftermarket unit that can play MP3 cds as well as has an auxiliary input for external audio sources (such as MP3 players & iPods). You can get one for under $100 these days. Here's one that's going for $89.99 on crutchfield.com: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-CKUwxcmi2Rp/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=300&I=158GT210

Does it have an AUX input? If not, you could buy an FM trasmitter that plugs into a headphone jack, but those suck. Your best bet is a new player.
