NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.

In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.

not all prescriptions will work.. I have tried everything and the only thing that works is mixing 1 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon full of honey, 1 tablespoon of real lemon juice.. mix well make sure its not runny. softly scrub face, leave on for 10min and wash off.. my face is smooth and spots are finally disappearing...Medications usually dont work on people of color due to our skin being so different from other races...any medication is foreign to your body, why do you think there are so many side effects..Our bodies were designed to heal naturally not by medications designed in labs...The hearbs and things that grown are hear for healing our bodies, otherwise it wouldn t just grow for no known purpose.. Trust me..Me, hubby and children all heal naturally by supplements and vitamins we have not taken medication for Asthma, allergies, exzcema, thyroid, anxiety, stomach aches, detox for almost two years now...natural is the way to go

well first you do is put some lemon juice in a cup and get a cotton ball , dip it in the cup but make sure its not soak, then apply it on your face, keep away from your eyes, then leave it on and wash the next day. this gives your skin a nice complexion and a glow

lemon juice is used on face to lighten skin, but it may sting or scare for pimples/acne and cause redness...

if you want to continue however, you would want to mix it with a little honey, and a little yogurt so it becomes a paste. then you wash your face, spread it over your face (thin layer), leave it on until it hardens, and wash thoroughly.

a better herbal remedy for acne would be...

diluted tea tree oil
strong milk
rosewater
aloe gel (can be obtained over the counter from pharmacist)

OR YOU CAN TRY THESE...

1. Blend a cucumber, apply externally, leave on for 20 minutes, then wash off.

2. Rub watermelon rind on the acne.

3. Apply aloe Vera.

Making dietary changes is your first line of defense in treating hypothyroidism. Learn here https://tr.im/uphzC

Many people with hypothyroidism experience crippling fatigue and brain fog, which prompts reaching for non-nutritional forms of energy like sugar and caffeine. I’ve dubbed these rascals the terrible twosome, as they can burn out your thyroid (and destabilize blood sugar).

1. Just say no to the dietary bungee cord. Greatly reduce or eliminate caffeine and sugar, including refined carbohydrates like flour, which the body treats like sugar. Make grain-based carbohydrates lesser of a focus, eating non-starchy vegetables to your heart’s content.

2. Up the protein. Protein transports thyroid hormone to all your tissues and enjoying it at each meal can help normalize thyroid function. Proteins include nuts and nut butters; quinoa; hormone- and antibiotic-free animal products (organic, grass-fed meats, eggs, and sustainably-farmed fish); and legumes.
