And I think she is just baiting me along. She is in a relationship, but flirts with me a lot. Lot's of little things like random hugs and kisses, tells me how much she loves me and enjoys spending time together, always comes to stand next to me etc etc.

She gave me her number the other day, with several hearts and kisses on the paper, but when I message her she never replies. Usually when she finishes work they go straight home, but the other night she convinced her man to stay and have a few drinks at the bar.

Am I being baited and stringed along or what?

I know It's a bad position to be in. I don't want to actually be with her because I have no doubt that it would occur again.
Trouble is, I work with her, and just walking into the building, or thinking about it makes my chest start to close.

I am leaving next year because I am going back to university, but I am contemplating leaving even earlier, because just being in there, or thinking about her makes me feel awful (as in the fact we wouldn't work out).

If you do end up with her, just remember she will probably two-time you too.

Don't go there - she's leading you on....

TOtally!! YOu should move on, if she would do this, flirt with you and string you along, kiss you and all this when she ahs a man, just think, if it was you and her if you were her man she would be doing the same thing, flirting with someone else, why would you want that? She probably doesn't message you back cause she is with her man.
Move on she isn't worth it

You my dear, are a fool (sorry, but wake up!)

She's a cheater (so not worth having) and is apparently stringing you along for some reason...why would you even get emotionally involved with someone in a relationship? That makes you a party to cheating as well. BAD karma!

Forget her, she's a creep (worse actually) and find someone who has morals and values and doesn't use or betray people. She wouldn't be worth having if she dumped him and went to you....

Ask her how her relationship is going, whether it is strong or rocky. That should give you somewhat of an indication of her true feelings about you. In regards to messaging, she might not be in the "texting scene" and/or doesn't want to spend money on texting? Just a guess.

usually a women will do that when she is not happy in a relationship..and could be not replying to you because she doest want her boyfriend to find out, you probably message her when she with him or something, but i don't think girls will get that hard core to play mind games on guys.just talk to her and say how you've tried contacting her and she hasn't replied and mention maybe having her talk to you if she gets the chance?

well i hope i helped!

Well if she has a man, yes she has you in a web, now it's up to you to free yourself and walk away.

Sounds like her man isn't giving her enough attention and she wants the attention from someone else as well. I dunno, I would take this as a warning, as she is not being honest to her man as well.
