hey, i know that the piece of chewing gum is less than 5 calories, but does anybody know what the actual amount of calories is in the gum? thanks

less than 5. it differs because of how much you actully consume and how much you spit out

That depends on which gum it is, but you lose more calories than that by chewing it anyway (unless you chew it for 2 seconds of course =) )

I think it might depend on the stick for some reason so it really could be from 1-5.

im sorry but this is a really dumb question. if it says 5 cal. most likly it will hav abt 5cal. and so wat if its a lil less or more.
