How do you change Photo Demenshions With Adobe?

It really depends on which Adobe Program you are using.
There are probably 20 different software titles by Adobe.
Each one can vary a little.
Normally you can use the menu bar at the top after you open the picture.
Now in Photoshop, at the top is Image, click it and you will see Image Size click it, this option will allow you to change the size.
Each program will have similar options that do this same feature.
