The past year, I have wanted so badly to lose weight. I'm not obese, but have gained a lot of weight. I try to diet, but I always fail. And I try to work out, but I just don't have the stamina. Last week, I ate an entire cake (and batter) on impulse. This isn't typical of me, until I tell myself I need to diet. Then I rebel MYSELF. After this, I felt sick to my stomach; so I went to the bathroom and made myself vomit. 4-5 times in a row.

Yesterday, I tried to fast on only cranberry juice, to clean my system out. At night, I ate 3 cheese sticks and apple sauce. I'm not sure if the food made me sick, or the fact that I just ate all that, but I made myself vomit again. 3-4 Times.

Now, I want to again. I just ate a large panini, and for some reason I want to purge. I'm not sure if I am scared about gaining weight, or if I just hate feeling full.

I would appreciate only serious and polite answers. I'm really looking for real advice, not smart comments to make me feel worse.

The first step is realizing that you have a problem, and asking for help. School nurses might be able to help you, or parents and teachers.
you should try to figure out WHY you want to lose weight in the first place. You probably look good anyway, so just think positive things about yourself and your body image.

You'll get there in the end, just keep believing in yourself.

Listen, from what you wrote, you're slowly turning into a bulimic. The only way to fight this is to kick yourself in the ***... and get to the gym... try doing little things and do 20 minutes or so at first.... and then do more as your stamina increases.
as for eating... whenever you have a craving do something that will distract you, I found out that driving helps curb those unwanted cravings...
eat healthy, and don't ever starve yourself...
Good Luck.

stop while you can, or at least when you feel the urge to do it just try to stop yourself. I know what it feels like, because I have done it before. But are you doing it because you are overly full or because it is like relief to you? that is an important question to ask yourself. If it is because you are overly full than try to control what you eat. Do you feel guilty now about doing it? And how do you feel after you do it? Have you lost your voice, or felt weak after? I know how hard it is to stop, but try to, and try talking to someone. Once you tell someone you will feel so much better. Good Luck.

No matter how many times, you are bulimic. You need to reach out to someone! Find someone who you trust and get the needed help, ASAP! It could not only kill you, but if you survive, it could have lasting effects like rot out your teeth and esophagus and stomach. You need to get help!! I want you to get better!

Yes. You better get some help----soon. Bulimia is a mental disease. It can only be treated with therapy.
