The most simple and EFFECTIVE way is to do plenty of cardio... could you manage to do atleast 45 minutes of moderate to intense recumbent biking at the gym? I worked quite well for me.

I lost 38 pounds in about 3 or 4 months. Some of it was done via regular exercise but most of it came from drinking nothing but water. I only drank diet drinks before, but the water will do things the diet sodas won't. I also try to eat no later than 7:30 at night and limit my portions. If you can get in 30 to 45 minutes of walking on a treadmill at a nice brisk pace it will help too. No fast food either gotta forget that.

much less carbs, low fat protein, and upload extra cardio. a minimal of five days a week in case you have the time. 40 5 minutes and then upload some weight coaching 3 days a week.. No ingesting after 6pm. basically a mild snack... banana, apple etc.. yet, dropping 50 lbs. in 2 months isn't useful.. dropping weight and ingesting wholesome is a existence long purpose. those commercials on television displaying all this weight-loss at the instant are not the avg. individual. Take a while.. perhaps twelve months would desire to be useful or maybe 8-9... sturdy success

suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of impurities. Impurities come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The impurities get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the impurities by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://diet4cleansing.com

Well, you can lose 10 pounds in a month if you speed up your metabolism. You can speed up your metabolism by exercising, not skipping meals, and instead of eating 3 big meals eat 3 small meals and 2 snacks a day it will increase your metabolism. Also drinking hot water instead of cold water speeds up your metabolism as well. Hoped I helped, e-mail me back if it works my email is jhane_cutii@yahoo.com.Always love LADY J.

PS: Who knows you MIGHT lose 15 pounds.

Eat only three meals a day, no snacks unless it's vegetables like celery, cucumbers, broccoli, etc.

Eat no more than an amount that is the size of your fist.

And don't eat later than 7 p.m.

Be sure to drink a lot of water. Cut out soda too.

Losing two pounds a week is a healthy weight loss per week. Losing it slowly, helps keep the weight off.

Simplest and healthiest way: Eat more fibers (i.e. wholegrain, etc), drink plenty of water. Avoid high GI food like chocolate and sugars because they get converted straight to fat.

Most importantly, reduce your daily food intake amount, and increase exercise (running and cycling are the best way to burn calories).

I am on diet too and i lost 6kg so far. 2 more to go =)

Start jogging ten minutes every day, if you don't exercise currently. Stop drinking pop, eat WAY more veggies and fruits. Drink lots of water.

Diet and exercise--and stick to it. You might want to talk to a doctor or a nutritionist about it, they are the ones who know how to make the diet and exercise accustomed to your own body instead of going on dangerous and unknown fad diets. They will tell you what you should do and what to eat and it should work if you stick to it. Good luck!
